Pipeline & stages
Track every role from lead to offer
Leveo organizes your search into seven stages built around real-world job search flow — where relationships come before applications, and every stage represents a next action.
The seven stages
Leveo uses a relationship-first pipeline: the earliest stages are about who you know and who you're getting to know, not just about which application went out. Roles typically move down this list, but you can jump forward or backward at any time.
Saved
Interesting roles you might want to pursue. No decision yet. Grab a job and it lands here by default.
Network
Roles where you're actively working the network — reaching out to people at the company, asking around, waiting for an intro. No formal application yet.
Referred
A contact has agreed to refer you or has already submitted the referral. Distinct from Applied because a warm intro deserves different follow-up.
Applied
Formal application in. This is where most roles will spend the longest time. Leveo shows a follow-up reminder after seven days of silence.
Interviewing
You've had at least one conversation with a recruiter or hiring manager. Round tracking, notes, and question prep live at the opportunity detail level.
Offer
You have a written offer to consider or negotiate. Leveo flags this as urgent if there's been no update in 24 hours, since offers usually have short decision windows.
Closed
The role is done — accepted, rejected, withdrawn, or ghosted. Closed opportunities collapse into a single expandable section at the bottom of the pipeline so they don't crowd the view.
Why Network and Referred come before Applied. Applications submitted cold have low response rates. The stages are ordered to reflect where you actually spend time earlier in a good search — building relationships and asking for intros — not just the moment the button gets clicked.
Moving between stages
Any opportunity's stage can be changed in one click.
-
From the pipeline list
Tap the stage pill on any opportunity card. A menu appears with all seven stages — pick a new one.
-
From the opportunity detail view
Click the current stage in the header. Same menu appears. This is also where you can add notes, edit the role details, and see the fit score and cover letter.
Leveo timestamps every stage change automatically. That's how the priorities engine on the Home tab knows to nudge you about a stale application or an offer without a response.
Fit scores
Each opportunity can carry a fit score — a 0–100 number comparing your resume against the job description. Scores appear as circles on the pipeline card and are colored by band:
92–100 · Strong match
Your experience lines up with almost every requirement. Prioritize these — even a small outreach effort usually pays off.
70–91 · Moderate match
Solid overlap with meaningful gaps. Worth applying to but pair the application with outreach to address the gaps head-on.
0–69 · Weak match
Significant mismatch on core requirements. Only pursue if the role compensates in other ways or you can make a compelling narrative.
Run a fit check from the opportunity detail view or by pressing Alt + F while a job page is open. Leveo returns the score, a list of strengths and gaps, and a tailored cover letter and resume — all saved to the opportunity for you to revisit.
Follow-ups and priorities
Leveo watches your pipeline for things that need attention and surfaces them on the Home tab. The engine looks for:
- Offers without a response in 24 hours. These jump to the top of the priorities list.
- Follow-ups that are 3+ days stale. A polite nudge is the single highest-ROI action in most searches.
- Applications with no status update in 7 days. Time to ping the recruiter or check the ATS.
- Networking roles with no outreach yet. If a job has been in Network stage for a while without any contact activity, it's a reminder to actually reach out.
- High-fit saved jobs you haven't applied to. If a role scored 70+ but is still sitting in Saved, Leveo will flag it.
Every priority has a dismiss button. Dismissed items don't come back unless the underlying signal changes.
Cleaning up the pipeline
Over a real search, the pipeline fills up. Leveo has a bulk cleanup tool that lets you clear roles by scope so you don't have to delete one at a time.
-
Open the pipeline
Go to the Pipeline tab. Look for the trash icon in the top-right corner of the view.
-
Pick a scope
Choose to clear everything, only a specific stage (e.g. all Saved), or only Closed roles. Clearing closed is the most common — it keeps the historical view clean without losing anything active.
-
Confirm
Leveo shows a count of exactly what will be deleted before you confirm. This action can't be undone.
Cleared roles are gone for good. If you might want the history later — for example, tracking which companies ghosted you last quarter — move roles to Closed instead of deleting them.
Pipeline views
There are two places where the pipeline shows up in the extension:
- Pipeline tab. The full stage-grouped list. Every role, every stage, in order. This is the workhorse.
- Home tab snapshot. A five-column count of Saved, Network, Applied, Interview, and Offers. Quick health check without opening the full list.
Tap any card in either view to open the opportunity detail — where you'll find notes, linked contacts, fit score results, saved cover letters, and per-round interview tracking.
